Recipes, guides and original photos on this site belong to Bensparks unless a page states otherwise. Republishing a substantial chunk of that text or imagery elsewhere, under your own name, requires permission first. A short quote with clear attribution and a link back needs no such permission.

No warranty

Recipes and guides are offered for cooking and reference, nothing more. Methods are tested and regional claims are checked, but ingredients, equipment and technique all vary by kitchen, so no recipe comes with a guaranteed outcome. The Disclaimer covers this in more detail, food safety included.
