Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy covers what data Bensparks collects when you use the site and how that data is handled.

No account required

Browsing, searching, filtering and reading any recipe on Bensparks requires no registration and no account. The site builds no profile, saved-recipe list or personal history for any visitor.

Information collected through forms

Submitting the Contact or Corrections form sends over whatever you type — name, email, message — and that data is used strictly to answer you or review your report. None of it is sold, rented, or used for marketing.

Server logs

The hosting server logs basic technical details with each request — IP address, browser type, page requested — the same way most servers do. That logging exists for security and abuse detection, not to build a profile of any individual visitor.

Third-party resources

Pages pull their typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes straight from your browser to Google's servers, and this site shares no personal account data as part of it. The Cookie Policy covers third-party requests and local storage in more detail.

Children's privacy

Bensparks is built for a general audience, not for children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone underage.

Your choices

The entire library is browsable without handing over any personal information. Anyone who has previously contacted the site and wants that message data deleted can request it through the Contact page.
